Stage 01 — Insert
Slide the Tarducer™ into your Tarcut™ holder. 7.8mm precision bore. Tool-free press-fit. Scroll-snap opens one-handed — the flat rectangular mouthpiece seats flush in under 2 seconds.
Stage 02 — Draw
12 layers engage in sequence across 6 filtration mechanisms — mechanical, chemical, ion exchange, electrostatic, moisture regulation, and Coanda reflux. Coconut-shell activated carbon (800 mesh), HEPA nanofiber membrane (0.3μm), and ion exchange resin work simultaneously. <15% draw resistance increase.
Stage 03 — Replace
The inspection window turns amber as the Tarducer™ reaches capacity — no app, no timer. Amber means done. Twist, swap, press. The ritual continues.

12-Layer Sequential Filtration
Sealing O-Ring + Ceramic Pre-Filter
L1 medical-grade silicone O-ring — airtight fit, zero bypass. L2 sintered ceramic disc — blocks ash and coarse debris before the filtration core.
Silicon Crystal Bed + Activated Carbon
L3 silicon crystal granules — moisture regulation, stabilises the smoke stream. L4 coconut-shell activated carbon, 800 mesh — same material as military gas masks. Broad-spectrum chemical adsorption of VOCs and tar.
Fiber Filters + Ion Exchange Resin
L5 green fiber — melt-blown microfiber, PM2.5 capture via electrostatic attraction. L6 ion exchange resin — selectively binds cadmium, lead, arsenic. L7 white fiber — intermediate tar and nicotine interception.
Nano Minerals + HEPA Nanofiber
L8 tourmaline-zeolite nano crystals — molecular sieve, captures benzene and VOCs from the gas phase. L9 purple fiber — high-density, final heavy tar capture. L10 HEPA nanofiber membrane — 0.3μm, 99.5% capture. Cleanroom standard.
Coanda Reflux Chamber + Mouthpiece
L11 Coanda-effect recirculation — forces smoke into secondary wall-contact circulation. More dwell time. Transparent inspection window turns amber when done. L12 hardened resin mouthpiece — ergonomic, heat-isolated.
